KIANY (NOV.-APRIL)
-Awakening the Four Elements — a journey into the alchemy of Earth, Water, Fire & Air.
We are made of Earth, Water, Fire, and Air — the sacred elements that sustain life. Each of them lives within us, shaping our body, mind, and emotions. Yet, in the rush of daily life, we often forget their presence and the wisdom they hold.
In this experiential class, you will learn how to recognize the elements in your everyday life and within yourself:
• Earth as grounding, stability, and nourishment.
• Water as flow, emotions, and adaptability.
• Fire as passion, transformation, and vitality.
• Air as clarity, vision, and communication.
Through guided practices, reflection, and integration, we will explore how each element shows up when it’s in balance — and how imbalance can create blockages in our body and mind. By reconnecting with the alchemy of the four elements, you will discover practical tools to harmonize them and bring more clarity, vitality, and alignment to your daily life.
